Despite these efforts, there may be instances where information regarding a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including with respect to price and availability. In the event a product is mis-priced, Billiardbuzz.com reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item at the incorrect price. Billiardbuzz offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00. This offer is for ground service to the 48 contiguous United States using UPS. Use coupon code freeship at checkout and select UPS Ground.

1. Choose your product or products:
Choose an item you would like to purchase and click the image or product name to open the product details page.
2. Select the appropriate weight, size or color and quantity.
3. Click “add to cart”.
4. Add any additional items by clicking the Products Navigation buttons.

When you are ready to check out:
1. Click the “Checkout” button on the shopping cart page
2. Enter your billing information / shipping information
3. Click the “Submit” button
4. Verify your billing information and product information
5. Enter your credit card information where requested (don’t worry, we use 128 Bit SSL encryption for your safety and security)
6. Select “Check Out”
7. Print a copy of your order for your records

Order Confirmation

1. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.
2. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. If you ordered an item that is on back order, we will email you to let you know.

Please note: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mis-priced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

  • The product is new, undamaged, the latest specification and is not out of date or clearance offer.

Tracking Your Order:

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Current tax laws exclude billiardbuzz.com from charging sales tax for any Internet orders placed outside the state of Florida. If you are shipping your order to any address in Florida you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the address your order is being shipped to.
